Any highways emergencies should go to the highways hotline during office hours and to the police between 5pm and 8.30am. The hotline is staffed between 8.30am and 5.00pm. Outside of these working hours, and on weekends and public holidays, this number will be an answer phone service. Calls received out of hours will be logged the next working day and you will be called back if requested or if additional information is required.
